Title : Salesforce Solutions Architect Location: Preferably from Atlanta, GA or from eastern coast of US (EST hours) Salesforce (Sales, Service, B2B & PRM), SAP (Hybris & S4 HANA), Postman, Snowflake, Data Lake & Databases, Tableau, Power BI, JIRA, APIs) at a minimum Description: Technical expertise on top of project management Salesforce domain expertise (Sales cloud, Service cloud, B2B, PRM) Can manage projects/programs and collaborate with dev teams for delivery (tracking of milestones, timelines, risks, etc.) Understands requirements and dig into salesforce solutioning as a whole Cross-functional collaboration (dev teams, business), communications on delivery statuses, mitigates risks Can build relationships with stakeholders Has growth mindset, can focus on multiple complex projects associates with different businesses (building solutions/ALC) PMP certification desired, experience with large-scale programs and managing multiple programs simultaneously Technology mindset, can work with technical teams and delivery teams, collaboration and buy-in with COEs/various development teams Be able to validate thoughts, not getting intimidated easily Can create prototypes and proof of concepts with dev teams Can recommend new solutions Backlog refinement Product ownership Can provide guidance on user story and epics writing, architecture diagrams Understanding of APIs, system integrations with Salesforce, IAM, portals, customer logins (for building solutions group) B2B facing portals Internal and external stakeholder engagement Understanding of data flows, data migration, code promotions, release planning, E2E dev process (dev, staging, UAT, prod, etc.) Security and compliance Systems thinker who can translate business requirements into technical requirements and understands what digital tools that can be leveraged Knows systems mapping for the solution to be built for the customer Detail-oriented and has technical lens looking on business requirements, translates into technical requirements Dives deep into the nitty gritty of the systems Data understanding, data flow mapping, process flow mapping, technical architecture Hands-on keyboard with COEs/delivery teams Ideation through development/delivery Leadership Communications Salesforce (Sales, Service, B2B & PRM), SAP (Hybris & S4 HANA), Postman, Snowflake, Data Lake & Databases, Tableau, Power BI, JIRA, APIs) at a minimum Best Regards, Nanda Kishore Keywords: business intelligence sfour golang Georgia Salesforce Solutions Architect - Remote [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2243923&uid= |
