Job Description: Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Application Developer to join our team and help consolidate self-service BI tools that empower users to create their own reports and dashboards with user-friendly interfaces and drag-and-drop functionalities. The ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in advanced and augmented analytics, leveraging AI and machine learning techniques to automate data preparation, generate insights, predict future outcomes, and recommend actions. Key Responsibilities: Self-Service BI Tools Development: Develop and consolidate self-service BI tools enabling users to create custom reports and dashboards. Design and implement intuitive, user-friendly interfaces with drag-and-drop functionalities for seamless report and dashboard creation. Advanced and Augmented Analytics: Apply AI and machine learning techniques to automate data preparation, generate insights, and predict future outcomes. Implement natural language processing (NLP) capabilities for querying and interpreting data, enhancing data accessibility. Develop AI/ML-driven data discovery models for forecasting and anomaly detection. Calculate propensity scores to identify high-value customers and optimize decision-making processes. Automated Insights and Recommendations: Create and implement algorithms for generating automated insights and actionable recommendations. Utilize optimization algorithms for decision support and conduct scenario analysis and what-if simulations. Collaborative Analytics: Build robust visualization and reporting tools to transform complex data into actionable insights through interactive dashboards and automated reports. Enhance data visualization techniques to tell compelling data stories and drive actionable insights with customizable dashboards. User Behavior and Interaction Analysis: Develop solutions that provide deep insights into user behaviors and interactions to understand engagement and navigation patterns. Implement path analysis, journey analysis, and develop attribution models to optimize user experiences. Ad-Hoc Analysis and Pre-Built Reports: Support ad-hoc analysis using a drag-and-drop interface to explore data and uncover insights. Develop and maintain a library of pre-built reports for common use cases such as traffic analysis, conversion tracking, and campaign performance. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and querying. Expertise in Python for data analysis, machine learning, and automation. Strong knowledge of AI/ML techniques, including NLP, predictive modeling, and anomaly detection. Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Experience with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics. Familiarity with optimization algorithms and scenario analysis techniques. Understanding of user behavior analysis, path analysis, journey analysis, and attribution models. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in application development, BI tools, AI, and machine learning. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling data stories.
