Job Title: Information Technology - Business Analyst (IT) Expert Contract Role Only USC GCEAD H4EAD Hybrid at MA Locals or near by Must ok with 2nd round F2F What are the top 3 must-haves you will be looking for in the resumes/interviews for this role What type of software skills is an absolute must have S/w skills Proficient in Excel and JIRA. Other MUST have skills Analytical mind to be able to translate business requirements to system requirements into Agile Stories, excellent communication skills, Logical thinking to break a larger problem into smaller ones to address them from a requirements perspective What are the top 3 nice to have that would separate a successful candidate from their competition Enthusiastic and proactive, having contributed as BA in fast paced project, multi-cultural and geo diverse team What type of background would you like this person to have How many years of experience are required 8-10 years of BA experience and technical mind set ( perhaps developer or product owner experience) Is this role supporting a specific project or initiative, which project or initiative is this role supporting Architecture Review Board platform What will the interview process look like (phone screen, face to face, meet with team, how many rounds, etc) Is there a test in the interview the candidate should be prepared for Phone/Zoom interviews and final will be in-person What are the working hours, time zone 8-5 but longer hrs may be possible with comp off Is this role remote/hybrid/onsite Primarily on-site with option of hybrid at a later time What is the duration of this contract and is there a chance it will be extended 6 months for now What training will be provided for this contractor and what are first day expectations On the job training of the project but expected to have BA skills, JIRA skills, Excel skills, communication skills etc. What is the day to day of the person going to look like Please be specific.
