Familiarity with utility industry-specific systems, such as SCADA, energy management systems (EMS), or grid automation technologies. Soft Skills : Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and foster collaboration in a matrixed environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially under pressure. Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Certifications : PMP (Project Management Professional) or Prince2 certification preferred. Agile certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe) is a plus.
