Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and innovative
Adobe Journey Optimizer Lead to lead the implementation, optimization, and management of customer journeys across digital platforms. In this role, you will oversee the use of Adobe Journey Optimizer to drive personalized, omnichannel customer experiences
that align with our marketing strategies and business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data analytics, IT, and product teams, to deliver seamless customer experiences that enhance engagement and drive business
growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Adobe Journey Optimizer Implementation
: Oversee the implementation,
configuration, and optimization of Adobe Journey Optimizer, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and integrates with existing marketing technology stacks.

Customer Journey Design & Optimization
: Develop and refine customer
journey strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize omnichannel campaigns across email, web, mobile, and other touchpoints.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Work closely with digital marketing,
IT, analytics, and creative teams to ensure cohesive customer experiences and consistent messaging across all channels.

Data Analysis & Reporting
: Utilize data insights to monitor, track,
and report on the performance of customer journeys and campaigns. Use Adobe Analytics and other tools to measure success and suggest improvements.

Journey Orchestration
: Design and execute automated, dynamic customer
journeys based on customer behavior and triggers, optimizing content delivery across multiple channels to maximize engagement.

Lead a Team
: Provide guidance and leadership to a team of Adobe Journey
Optimizer specialists and digital marketing professionals. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends
: Keep up-to-date with the latest Adobe
product developments, marketing technologies, and best practices in customer experience and journey orchestration.

Continuous Improvement
: Advocate for continuous testing, learning,
and optimization across campaigns. Utilize A/B testing and other methodologies to improve journey performance.

Stakeholder Communication
: Communicate effectively with stakeholders
across the organization to ensure alignment on objectives, performance, and key initiatives related to customer experience optimization.

Qualifications:

Experience:

5+ years of experience in
digital marketing or customer experience roles, with a focus on
journey orchestration and personalization.

3+ years of hands-on experience using
Adobe Journey Optimizer or similar tools (Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Campaign, etc.).

Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.

Deep understanding of
customer lifecycle management, journey mapping, and omnichannel marketing strategies.

Strong background in
data analysis and performance optimization within Adobe platforms or similar marketing technologies.

Skills:

Expertise in
Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Cloud, and other Adobe marketing products (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics).

Strong experience with
marketing automation, customer segmentation, and personalized marketing strategies.

Proficient in
data-driven decision-making and utilizing tools like Adobe Analytics,
Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.

Excellent
leadership and team management skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative work environment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with senior management, stakeholders, and technical teams.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Adobe Certified Expert
in Adobe Journey Optimizer or related Adobe
products.

Experience with
A/B testing, personalization, and advanced segmentation.

Familiarity with
agile project management methodologies and tools.

This description outlines the responsibilities, skills, and qualifications needed for a
Lead position managing Adobe Journey Optimizer and working on customer journey strategies, ensuring that the role targets both technical expertise and leadership experience.

The CJA Lead will be responsible for discovery, design and implementation of CJA requirements i.e. Creation of CJA Reports using dimensions, metrics & analyzing the insights generated.

He/she will also be responsible for leading the development team of minimum 2 CJA developers.

As part of leading the team, he/she will be responsible for reviewing changes done by the junior developers, guide them for any technical blockers they might be facing.

CJA lead is also a client facing role to participate in requirement gathering and technical discussions with client POs & Architects.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

CJA Development - Individual Contribution (60%) - Strong understanding and hands-on experience with CJA modules including but not limited to Connections, Data Views, Metrics, Dimensions, Calculated Metrics, Projects, Panels.

Discovery, design and implementation of technology solutions using Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer and RT-CDP.

Data management - Analyze the need of additional data OR reusing existing data present within CJA, as per the reporting requirement from the client.

Report development - Create CJA Projects/Reports using various metrics, dimensions and various components including Filters & Calculated Metrics.

Configuring Alerts & exports. CJA Development - Lead (40%) - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and project managers.

Lead the discovery, design and implementation of technology solutions using Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer and RT-CDP.

Review the changes done by junior CJA developers. Mentor and guide junior team members in technology best practices.

Technical issue resolution - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and guide the team for any blockers being faced.

Helping team to understanding the client requirements and solutioning it for the Junior Developers

Qualifications & Skills:

Overall IT Experience of 6+ years, with minimum 2+ years of hands-on development experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)

Understanding of Analytics Data Collection using some tag manager is must preferably experienced with Adobe Tag / Launch.

Experience with Adobe Analytics - proficient with different types of AA report components, evars, props, events, segments.

Experience with Adobe Web SDK, Understanding of Adobe Journey Optimizer on high level, Adobe experience Platform Dataset, Query Service would be a plus.

Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills to ensure effective customer interactions, communications, and documentation.

Self-starter - Organized and highly motivated.

Fast learner, ability to learn new technologies/languages.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
