Key requirements for this role include: - Minimum 5 years of Oracle SaaS technical development experience, with a focus of at least 3 years on HCM, encompassing report development, integrations, conversions, and fast formulas. - Experience in a minimum of two full life cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud. - Strong grasp of data integration options and techniques within Oracle Cloud applications. - Proficiency in designing, building, and testing Oracle HCM suite integrations and extracts. - Ability to collaborate with functional specialists to create, develop, and test Fast Formulas across relevant Oracle HCM modules. - Demonstrated expertise in designing and developing custom reports, dashboards, Infolets, and BI Publisher reports. - Mastery of BI Publisher within Oracle HCM Cloud. - Strong SQL skills and excellent analytical abilities. - Proven track record of effective communication at all levels of customer organizations, including executives. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
