Role: Lead UX Researcher 7+ years of prior UX Research work experience. Previous education and training taken into consideration. Deep understanding of UX/Design research methods, knowing when and how to apply different methods and customize them to teams' needs and constraints. Experience owning mixed-methods research end-to-end and driving the evolution of multiple projects at a time to influence product and teams' directions. Track record of proactively identifying new initiatives that help establish the roadmap and strategy of multiple feature areas and improve team productivity and process. Effectively able to instruct non-researchers on research fundamentals and best practices when conducting lightweight research. Comfortable providing focus and direction to multiple stakeholders when faced with ambiguity and technological constraints. Familiarity with analytics and quantitative research and comfortability working alongside quantitative research partners. Experience working B2B / Enterprise is a bonus.
