In this role, you will design and maintain end-to-end DevOps processes, ensuring secure and efficient delivery of both infrastructure and software products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement and uphold DevOps best practicesparticularly around CI/CD, security, and compliance. Cloud experience (e.g., P) Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities (80%) Infrastructure Automation Develop and maintain automated infrastructure solutions using Ansible for configuration management. Create and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to improve reliability and consistency of environments. Containerization & Orchestration Spearhead containerization efforts, leveraging Docker and Kubernetes (or similar tools) for application packaging, deployment, and scaling. Ensure best practices for container security and orchestration are followed. Continuous Integration & Deployment Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows. Integrate testing and security scans into the pipeline to maintain code quality and compliance. Security & Compliance Implement secure handling of secrets and credentials, following industry best practices. Work in regulated environments, adhering to stringent security and compliance standards. Collaboration & Mentorship Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to embed DevOps methodologies across the organization. Mentor junior engineers, providing training on automation, containerization, and DevOps best practices. Other Responsibilities (20%) Analyze and propose enhancements to the enterprise environment. Assist in the implementation of additional security solutions. Follow and help refine change management and notification procedures. Participate in the organizations emergency response efforts (e.g., training, short-term travel, backfill duties).
