OverallPurpose:

Roles&Responsibilities:
1)Useappropriateprogramminglanguageandtechnology,writescode,completesprogramminganddocumentation,performstestinganddebuggingofapplicationsfortheenterprise.
2)Providetechnicalandanalyticalinput/guidancetoprojectteamandassistdevelopersregardingprojectarchitectureandapplicationprogrammingpractices.
3)Managesindividualprojectsandworksasanindividualcontributor;isresponsibleforcompletingprojectswithinallottedtimeline.
4)Assistswithdefinitionofprojectscopeandobjectives,aswellasprovidestechnicalarchitectureinputandcoordinatesprogrammingpracticesofaprojectteam,andidentifiesresourceneeds.
5)Developsdetailedworkplans,schedules,projectestimatesandstatusreports.
6)Conductsprojectmeetingsandisresponsibleforprojecttrackingandanalysis.
7)Ensuresadherencestoqualitystandardsandreviewsprojectdeliverables.
8)Recommendsandtakesactiontodirecttheanalysisandsolutionsofproblems.
