The Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations and provide actionable insights for system enhancements or replacements. Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders using AS/400-based systems. Map and document current business processes, workflows, and system interfaces. Perform data extraction and reporting using AS/400 (DB2) and other relevant tools. Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement improvements and system integrations. Lead change management efforts for AS/400 migrations or upgrades. Provide support and training to end-users working with AS/400 applications. Required Skills and Qualifications: 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a relevant industry. In-depth knowledge of AS/400 (IBM iSeries) systems and DB2 database. Strong experience with business process analysis, requirements gathering, and system documentation. Expertise in SQL, reporting, and data analysis. Knowledge of AS/400-based ERP systems such as JD Edwards or SAP. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
