Role: Salesforce Engineer Location: Remote Duration: 12+ months Job Description: We are looking for experienced Salesforce Engineer who will collaborate and work with Business, Product and BA to design our Case Management, which is Salesforce based solution. The Salesforce engineer also to be expected acting as subject export to provide solution and implement it to integrate the Salesforce with other part of the solution which runs inside client managed environment via streaming and/or API. Platform Service is working on a Fraud Solution, which integrates the fraud case data and transaction data in real time to provide comprehensive view of a given account. It offers a simple API call to callers who interested in this kind of information to determine the subsequent steps. Required Skills:- 8+ years of strong SFDC direct development experience and expertise in designing, developing, architecting, and implementing secure and scalable critical business solutions in Salesforce CRM. Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud to build end-user facing portal. Standard Salesforce developer skills: Configuration, APEX, LWC, REST API, and Kafka integrations. Development on Salesforce platform using declarative and programming features. Develop test coverage classes. Provide bug fixes and carryout technical root cause analysis. Responsibilities:- Partner with stakeholders across business unites internal and external (ex: Salesforce tech team, Enterprise Platform team, Security, BA, PMO) to analysis, design and develop the solution in a collaborate way. Collaborate with other team within the same project (ex: Fraud Engine team) and Scrum master to ensure the project healthy and progress. Contribute to design document, presentation. Build the GUI portal by using Salesforce experience cloud. Contribute to code. Data loading for testing (DEV/QE/Bank-Test). Analysis the Salesforce Case Management and Fraud Case Management requirements; identify the scope and produce the solution. Identify the multiple systems integration approach in multiple environments. Document the solution design. Solution implementation (development, testing, deployment). Integrate with CI/CD.
