Identifies alternative solutions and makes recommendations to improve underwriting decisions. Prepares documentation based on analysis to articulate recommendations and supporting rationale. Creates frameworks for assessing financial impacts of new credit strategy changes and evaluating impact of prior changes. Documents technical requirements of proposed changes to share with technical stakeholders. Role demands ability to analyze credit performance, strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to extract and manipulate data to evaluate business decisions.
