The ideal candidate will have experience in HCM, payroll, and workforce management testing, along with manual and automation testing skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for UKG applications. Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing. Validate payroll, HR, and time-tracking functionalities. Conduct API testing and data validation using SQL. Identify and report defects using JIRA, HP ALM, or similar tools. Ensure compliance with labor laws, payroll regulations, and security standards. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementations. Required Skills: Experience with UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, or UKG Ready. Knowledge of HCM, payroll, and workforce management processes. Hands-on experience with automation testing (Selenium, Worksoft, or similar tools). Proficiency in SQL for data validation. Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, SOAP UI, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: UKG certification or experience with UKG implementations.
