Provides functional and technical support in collaboration with the Salesforce Health Cloud Administrator. Collaborates with other department resources to support multiple system interfaces and data integration. Monitors, defines, and reports on critical path workflows. Resolves issues or escalates issues as required. Drives the design and implementation of new business processes within required configuration.
