Position: Workday HCM solution architect Location: (Hybrid- Chicago, IL) || Locals only Duration: 6+ Months Job Description Qualifications (must haves): Workday HCM solution architect with previous experience implementing or supporting complex advanced compensation cycle. Additional experience supporting or implementing either benefits or US Payroll. Adept at testing and troubleshooting integration issues and defining requirements for new integrations Experience loading data with Workday EIBs Strong consulting and communication skills needed to work with HR leaders and partners and review and prioritize work and offer solutions Project management, strong analytical skills and attention to detail Support Workday advanced compensation cycle for 2023-2024 and prepare for the 2024-2025 cycle. Consult on solutions, best practices, and configure and implement changes. Work on defect and enhancement projects in Compensation, Core HR, or US Payroll. Provide functional and technical guidance throughout the lifecycle of each project (design, testing, implementation, etc.). Collaborate with HR compensation SMEs to prioritize work and translate business requirements into system solutions. Solution Architect for Workday Required Qualifications: Previous experience in Workday implementation/support, especially in Advanced Compensation. Experience in Benefits or US Payroll is highly desirable. Strong skills in integration testing/troubleshooting and defining new integration requirements. Experience with Workday EIBs for data loading. Excellent consulting, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
