The following is a brief job description for your reference. Job Title: AEM Developer Working Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite) Project Duration: Contract Technical Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning and Architecture Design and define scalable, customer-centric digital solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign. Align Adobe solutions with business objectives, ensuring end-to-end integration across marketing, sales, and customer experience functions. 2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business leaders, technical teams, and external partners to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions. Provide strategic guidance to clients on digital transformation, marketing automation, and data-driven customer experiences. 3. Solution Design and Implementation: Develop comprehensive solution blueprints and roadmaps leveraging Adobes ecosystem to meet business needs. Oversee implementation, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. 4. Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer data to uncover actionable insights and recommend strategies to optimize user journeys and business outcomes. Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to integrate predictive analytics and AI into customer engagement strategies. 5. Enablement and Training: Guide and mentor internal teams on Adobe tools, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of implemented solutions. Conduct workshops and training sessions to empower stakeholders with the knowledge to maximize solution capabilities. Generic Responsibilities: Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Project Management: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation frameworks, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of solution designs, technical specifications, and integration processes. Communication: Provide regular updates on project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
