Job Description -
Sr. Network Engineer with 10 years of experience. This is a hybrid (Tues.-Thurs. in office) position, 5 month contract, but will only accept or holders. Must be local. One Teams interview then an onsite interview.

Only Local to Richmond Virginia (only 1 profile need )
Interview: TEAM and then F2F
Notes from BDM:
- Parking isn't provided but is offered by VRS at $35.00 per month
- Onboarding process is cumbersome - 3 to 4 weeks post offer - candidates should know this up front and shouldn't put their notice in until we advise them
- Team is responsible for anything infrastructure - servers, virtualization, cloud computing, patching, authentication, AD
- MGRs Leadership Style - make sure that the team is successful, doesn't dictate but is there to support, wants his team to enjoy coming into the office, results matter, no nonsense, and process oriented
- Mgrs take on the type of person that works out best in his group - he is all about the personality, team, and culture fit; looking for enthusiasm and energy. 1st impressions are super important to him. The right mindset. People who are prepared for the interview - they know something about VRS, they know who the customers are, etc. He is bigger on experience versus academics or certifications; He likes to see people who take on challenges.
