From: Manish Kumar, Scalable [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Location: San Francisco, CA(Onsite) Job Type: Contract JD:- Key Responsibilities: Design & Implementation of Business Processes: Design, implement, and support complex business processes within the SAP SuccessFactors environment. Implement end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, workflows, and business rules. Lead the design and configuration of Time Off processes, including time profiles, time types, and time sheets. Time Off Configuration: Configure Time Off rules in the SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off module. Set up Time Objects, including Time Profiles, Time Types, and Time Sheets. Work on integration between Employee Central and other modules, ensuring smooth communication between different systems. Customer Discovery & Requirement Gathering: Conduct discovery meetings with customers to identify their current processes and define future state requirements. Translate business requirements into functional solutions within the SuccessFactors framework. Integration & Intelligent Services: Collaborate with other teams to configure integrations for Employee Central and Time Off. Leverage knowledge of Intelligent Services within SuccessFactors to automate and streamline processes. Continuous Improvement & Support: Provide ongoing support and enhancements to the Time Off processes as per business needs. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SuccessFactors, and incorporate them into customer solutions. Essential Skills: SAP SuccessFactors Certifications in Employee Central (EC) Time Off. 6-8 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors environment. Expertise in end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including workflows and business rule design/implementation. Strong understanding of Time Off rules and configuration of Time Objects (Time Profiles, Time Types, and Time Sheets). Experience with Employee Central Integration. Additional SAP SuccessFactors module certification is preferred. Solid understanding of Intelligent Services in SAP SuccessFactors. Proven ability to conduct discovery meetings with clients to capture requirements and design solutions. Desirable Skills: Experience in Time Off modules and Employee Central integrations. Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors solutions across multiple modules. Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, gather requirements, and propose tailored solutions based on those requirements.
