Ensure that the SAP SCM system integrates seamlessly with warehouse management systems (WMS), addressing both logistics and fashion-specific inventory needs. Carton Discrepancy Management: Address and resolve carton discrepancies between SAP SCM and warehouse management systems, ensuring accurate stock movements, inventory reconciliation, and reporting. Inventory Management & Optimization: Optimize inventory management within SAP SCM for fashion products, focusing on minimizing stockouts, excess stock, and ensuring the accurate handling of seasonal collections, color/size matrixes, and product variants. Warehouse Integration: Work closely with WMS Desirable Skills Reporting & Analytics: Utilize SAP SCM tools to create comprehensive supply chain performance reports, analyze trends, and support decision-making across procurement, logistics, and inventory teams. Provide insights into improving efficiency and reducing operational costs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, procurement, retail, and IT teams to ensure the SCM processes align with overall business goals, particularly in fashion-specific operations like seasonal launches, promotions, and cross-channel order management.
