From: Manish Kumar, Scalable [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: RSA Archer Developer Location: Plano, TX (Onsite) Job Type: Contract Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Development: Design, configure, and develop solutions on the RSA Archer platform including data-feeds, mail merges, DDE, workflows, notifications, calculations, schedules, reports, charts, sub-forms, multi-level applications, and questionnaires. Develop analytical tools, dashboards, and reports to enhance the operational effectiveness of the GRC Archer platform. Implement control assessments, risk, and compliance reporting solutions using roll-up and aggregation techniques. Customization & Configuration: Customize the RSA Archer platform to meet organizational needs, ensuring the development and deployment of scalable GRC solutions. Integrate Archer with other systems and platforms to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. Workflow Implementation & Optimization: Implement and optimize workflows that support business processes, reducing overhead and improving efficiency. Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions. Vendor Interaction & Product Support: Work closely with Archer Vendor support to stay informed about product updates and enhancements. Perform necessary upgrades and maintenance of the RSA Archer platform, ensuring it remains aligned with the latest functionality and security standards. Documentation & Reporting: Develop and maintain clear and comprehensive design documents, use cases, and user guides. Create training materials, including PowerPoint presentations and Word documents, for internal stakeholders and end-users. Compliance & Security: Demonstrate knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST, SOX, ISO, GDPR, and how they relate to Archer use cases. Implement solutions that support compliance requirements and ensure data security standards are adhered to. Agile Development: Follow Agile development methodologies for the implementation of Archer solutions, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of business requirements. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and tailor RSA Archer solutions accordingly. Interact with business stakeholders to define requirements and provide solutions that align with organizational goals. Essential Skills: Experience: 5+ years of experience in RSA Archer solution design and development, including the creation of data-feeds, mail merge, DDE, workflows, notifications, reports, and more. Expertise in configuring and customizing RSA Archer GRC solutions, including dashboards, reports, analytical tools, and integrations with other systems. Strong knowledge of Archer use cases, modules, and core applications. Experience implementing control assessments, risk, and compliance reporting, including roll-up and aggregation techniques. Strong knowledge of compliance standards and frameworks, such as NIST, SOX, ISO, and GDPR. Ability to implement workflows that support business processes and optimize operational efficiency. Hands-on experience with Agile development methodology. Good understanding of information security concepts at the scale of a large, multinational enterprise. Strong documentation skills for designs, use cases, and training guides (PowerPoint, Word). Desirable Skills: Familiarity with Risk Management concepts and experience working in the BFS (Banking and Financial Services) sector. Experience with RSA Archer Engage for user interface customization and engagement. Familiarity with cloud-based RSA Archer solutions and integrations with third-party platforms.
