Endpoint Security: Implement and manage Endpoint Security solutions to protect devices and data within the M365 environment. Data Governance & Compliance: Utilize Microsoft Purview and related tools to ensure data governance, compliance, and regulatory adherence across the organization. CASB Management: Deploy and manage Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) solutions to monitor, control, and secure cloud applications and services. Zero Trust Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain a Zero Trust architecture to enhance the overall security posture of the M365 tenant. Incident Monitoring & Response: Monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts within the M365 environment, ensuring timely action is taken to mitigate risks. Collaboration & Integration: Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated security coverage across the organization. Data Loss Prevention: Implement and manage data loss prevention (DLP) policies and monitor systems for unauthorized data movement. Incident Response Support: Act as part of the incident response team, assisting in the analysis, containment, and coordination of security incidents. Security Strategy Development: Develop data security strategies and design data security architecture to safeguard information within the M365 environment. Stay Up-to-Date: Continuously monitor the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and best practices related to M365 to keep the environment secure. Essential Skills: Proven experience as an M365 Tenant Administrator with a strong focus on security controls. Expertise in Endpoint Security, Microsoft Purview, CASB, and Zero Trust architecture. Experience managing and securing M365 GCC environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of data loss prevention and monitoring tools for sensitive data movement. Familiarity with SIEM tools like SPLUNK for data correlation and incident response. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals or similar certifications are a plus. Ability to respond and mitigate security incidents in a timely manner. Experience with command-line interfaces or scripting tools in cloud environments is a plus. Desirable Skills: M365 GCC experience. Familiarity with cloud-based security and governance tools such as Microsoft Purview and CASB solutions. Hands-on experience with SPLUNK or other SIEM tools for security monitoring and data correlation. Advanced certifications in Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity.
