This individual will play a key role in managing regulatory requests, ensuring internal stakeholders provide necessary information, and tracking progress throughout the regulatory process. The ideal candidate should have strong project management experience, specifically in responding to financial institution regulators during regulatory exams. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate regulatory requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses from internal teams. Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for regulatory exams and assessments. Maintain detailed tracking and progress updates on multiple regulatory projects. Actively manage project timelines and handle escalations as needed. Collaborate with the head of the Regulatory Relations group and other team members to ensure a seamless workflow and team integration. Ensure that regulatory deadlines and requirements are met while maintaining a calm, proactive approach. Qualifications: Proven experience in project management, preferably with a focus on regulatory or compliance projects. Experience responding to financial institution regulators during regulatory exams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously. At least a dozen instances of handling similar tasks, with a solid understanding of the regulatory process. Ability to work under pressure, track project progress, and manage escalations. Strong communication and collaboration skills to integrate smoothly into an existing team. Ability to maintain a low profile while contributing effectively without trying to take over the team dynamics. Personal Attributes: Calm and composed under pressure. Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. A collaborative mindset, focusing on seamless integration within the team. Interview Process: Interviews will be conducted with the Head of the Regulatory Relations Team and two other key team members to assess both technical and personality fit for the team.
