Job position- Project Manager Location- Schaumburg, IL (onsite from day 1) JD- Job description: Responsibilities: - Project Management experience of 4+ years. Overall experience of 10+ years - Should have experience in managing a large team of 20 to 25 people - Have an experience in defining the process for executing a small to medium projects - Experience in effort, cost estimation, resource loading and calculation of gross margin - Have experience in executing the Fixed Price and T&M projects - Should have handled a distributed team at onsite and offshore - Experience in team formation from initial phase of the project - Should have experience in people management, motivation monitoring, talent development - Interaction with other regions or different location in providing support in terms of providing the skill set availability, staffing, hiring process, conducting interviews and rate card creation - Should have experience in delivering the Digital Transformation projects such as with any Content Management System/Data Analytics area in any of the domain such as Insurance, HealthCare & Life Sciences - Experience in identifying risk, risk management, stakeholders' management o Reporting the program / project status to internal and external stakeholders - Should have a good communication and Presentation skills - Have experience in creating the project plan using Microsoft Project Nice to have - Experience in participating the Presales / RFP activities Mandatory Skills: Cost Estimating Project Management Resource Management Risk Management Mandatory Skills Description: - Active position, able to self-manage and follow-up multiple activities with different corporate functions - Project Management experience of 4+ years.
