The ideal candidate should be proficient in SQL, Python, and R, with expertise in causal inference methodologies (both experimental and observational). This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to derive meaningful insights and optimize marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize data pipelines to enhance the efficiency of the data science team. Productionalize prototypes created by data scientists for seamless integration into the clients system. Apply causal inference techniques, including Media Mix Modeling (MMM), to measure marketing effectiveness. Perform in-depth data analysis, identifying trends and generating actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making.Required Skills & Qualifications: Ph.D. in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field, OR Masters degree with 15+ years of relevant experience. Strong expertise in Apache Airflow and Apache Spark for data management and automation. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R for statistical modeling and data manipulation. Hands-on experience with Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and causal inference methodologies. Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable business recommendations. Strong communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications: Passion for marketing analytics and consumer science, with a keen interest in industry trends. Experience in Bayesian modeling and causal machine learning (ML) techniques. Proven ability to develop end-to-end data models for decision-making and marketing optimization.
