Job Summary The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the salesforce apex development and salesforce lightning teams. This role involves overseeing the technical aspects of salesforce development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating with cross functional teams to implement effective solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage salesforce apex development and salesforce lightning projects from inception to completion. Proficiency with Salesforce Development languages (Apex, SOQL, LWC, Visualforce) Proficiency with GIT, Copado, Salesforce CLI to manage metadata and deployments Experience with Salesforce specific CI/CD tools and benefits Understanding and experience with helping design SalesforceIntegration strategies Proficient understanding of Salesforce limit and when to use Clicks over Code Adaptability in learning new technologies and roles to meet the needs of a team Experience with Test Automation within Salesforce Ability to contribute as an engineer with code or declarative features Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the salesforce platform. Develop and customize salesforce applications using apex, visual force, and lightning components. Ensure best practices are followed in salesforce development processes. Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to meet project requirements. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to design scalable and efficient solutions on the salesforce platform. Skill Requirements Proficiency in salesforce apex development including triggers, classes, batch apex, and declarative features. Strong experience in salesforce lightning web components, aura framework, and lightning design system. In-depth knowledge of integration with external systems using rest and soap apis. Familiarity with salesforce data modeling, security and sharing settings, and deployment strategies. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment. Strong communication skills to interact with technical and nontechnical stakeholders effectively. Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are preferred.
