Job Role : AWS Solution Architect Job Location : Philadelphia, PA (Looking for local consultant or nearby states) 10+Years of Exp 12 Months Contract Onsite from Day 1 Visa: H1B | Need passport number along with submission Please share consultant updated resume with DL Copy Skills: Agile Way of Working, Digital : Amazon Web Service(AWS) Cloud Computing Role Description: Develop custom solutions and integrations using AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, and other AWS services to meet unique business needs and enhance contact center functionality Continuously monitor and optimize Amazon Connect configurations and workflows to improve performance, scalability, and efficiency Conduct thorough testing of contact center solutions to ensure they meet quality standards, functional requirements, and client expectations Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and user manuals Provide training and support to client teams as needed Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on contact center best practices,industry trends, and AWS capabilities Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, project managers, and business stakeholders, to deliver integrated solutions that align with client goals and objectives Create CI/CD pipelines and/or DevOps automation Development of custom reports and dashboards Essential Skills: Experience in developing AWS transfer family MFT solution is mandatory, exposure to Dynamo DB, step function required. Must have experience in with designing and implementing the AWS services solution. Design and deploy file transfer solutions using AWS Transfer Family (SFTP, FTPS, FTP). Integrate AWS Transfer Family with other AWS services like S3, Lambda, and CloudWatch. Strong programming skills in Python or Node.js or Java over AWS Lambda Drive the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive AWS-based solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and technical requirements. Oversee the integration of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation into the solution architecture. Desirable Skills: Experience with development and version control tools like Eclipse IDE, GIT, GitHub, TFS etc. is required. Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GoCD, Terraform and Cloud Formation. Should have good communication and analytical skills with ability to coordinate development with onshore/offshore developers as well as Line of Business customers. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills required.
