Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Requirements: Proven experience in Python development (5+ years). Strong understanding of frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
