This role is responsible for configuring, monitoring, and enhancing Proofpoint security solutions to protect against phishing, malware, and insider threats. Key Responsibilities: Administer Proofpoint Email Security policies, threat filtering, and compliance controls. Investigate and respond to phishing attempts, spam, and email-based threats. Configure and maintain DLP policies to prevent data exfiltration. Provide email security threat reports and incident response analysis. Collaborate with security and IT teams to enhance email security posture. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in email security administration, preferably with Proofpoint. Strong knowledge of SMTP, DMARC, DKIM, SPF, and email authentication. Experience with threat analysis and remediation in email environments. Familiarity with SIEM tools and incident response workflows.
