The ideal candidate will assist customers with hardware design, troubleshooting, and documentation to ensure efficient and high-quality product launches.Key Responsibilities: Support customers in hardware design and integration of Qualcomm SoCs and related peripherals. Research and address technical questions related to LPDDR, UFS, USB, PCIe, CSI, DSI, DP, and Ethernet. Conduct schematic reviews, PCB layout analysis, and signal integrity simulations. Perform hands-on troubleshooting to resolve hardware design issues. Develop customer-facing hardware design examples and technical documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure best practices in power and signal integrity.Must-Have Skills: Experience in multi-layer PCB design, schematic, and layout. Strong understanding of power delivery networks and signal integrity. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware system issues. Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to customers. Self-motivated and capable of working independently or in large teams.Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Python programming for hardware automation. Experience in hardware integration and debugging.
