The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and security across the organization.Key Responsibilities: Configure and maintain Cisco-based routing and switching solutions. Deploy, monitor, and optimize wireless networks for performance and security. Troubleshoot network issues related to LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments. Ensure network security compliance and implement best practices. Work with cross-functional teams to support network operations and upgrades.Must-Have Skills: 6-8 years of experience in network engineering. Strong knowledge of Cisco Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, VLAN, STP, etc.). Experience with wireless networking protocols and WLAN optimization. Hands-on experience in network security, firewalls, and access control. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex networking issues.Preferred Skills: Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP) are a plus. Experience with network monitoring tools and automation. Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, etc.).
