[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: UX Designer Location: Atlanta, GA (Preferred) and Plano, TX About the Job: The Sr. User Experience Designer should lead with curiosity, empathy, critical thinking, collaboration and communication. Youll work closely with a cross-functional group of developers, product managers, user researchers, and executives to propose and drive customer-focused innovation using a variety of graphic software applications, techniques, and tools. Key Roles and Responsibilities: -Has good knowledge of UX design principles and can independently manage small projects or small aspects of a larger project. - Responsible for applying those levels of knowledge and professional experience to the development of AT&T design processes, roles and resources. - Partner in the creation of UX concepts, including the definition of customer needs, task analysis, personas, storyboards, customer/employee journeys, user flows, business value modeling, information architecture, wireframes and validate it through usability testing. - Consolidate and communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale verbally and visually in an engaging and appealing way. - Communicate ideas through storytelling and rapid prototyping methods, ranging from paper sketching to digital prototyping, and In-App Prototyping. - Document interaction specifications and work closely with development teams to ensure design specifications are implemented. - Participate as a contributor with an interdisciplinary team that includes other designers, business analysts, business product owners, technical and functional architects, quality assurance, and software developers. Qualifications: - Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g., extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.) - 5+ years in-depth knowledge and experience design-related disciplines in the CRM business context - Knowledge and experience with driving and applying user/customer-centered design processes and workshops while working collaboratively with customers, along with cross-functional teams. - Experience using design and prototyping tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Axure, InVision, Marvel, Proto.io, Figma, etc. - Ability to quickly understand customer's processes and connect user/customer insights with the functional capabilities of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Keywords: user experience information technology Georgia Texas UX Designer-160741 [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2256603&uid= |
