From: Roshan, Triwavesolutions [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: End-user Facilitator Location: Raleigh, NC Key Responsibilities Work and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with subject matter experts (SMEs), managers, technical support staff and other professionals Prepare, oversee, and guide usage of instructional materials, virtual learning activities, including webinars, videos, handouts, job aids, etc., that meets the needs of adult learners. Provides regular refresher training to IT Support staff across the organization, through group learning sessions and train-the-trainer workshops. Provides ongoing training and development of new hires within the IT Support organization, through group learning sessions and train-the-trainer workshops. Maintains and reports training status records including competency assessments and program participation/completions to technical leadership. Develop new or modify existing content that includes clear objectives for all trainings, workshops, activities and projects Provide a positive environment and manage group conduct to promote active engagement of participants in the learning process Skills and Requirements You will have the experience, confidence, and capacity to facilitate workshops for both live in-person training sessions as well as virtual environments. Strong presentation skills and comfort in delivering training to diverse audiences through a variety of methodologies Strong background with Mac platforms, including Macbook experience. Self-motivated with a high degree of personal agility and resilience. Bachelors degree and/or coursework in Education, Curriculum Design, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, International Development, or related field Highly creative in synthesizing complex technical information Demonstrated experience in conducting consultative needs analyses and implementing scalable training programs across broad and differing business units. Ability to manage business partnerships and communicate effectively and continuously with stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to show respect and sensitivity for cultural differences. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users. Technical Skills Macbook experience Competency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint or equivalent Zoom Keywords: information technology |
