We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Expert to join our team and drive the implementation and customization of our Dynamics instances. Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance module to meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into technical specifications. Manage relationship with 3rd party vendor that is responsible for the development and customization of the various Dynamics instances Design, configure, and deploy Dynamics 365 Finance solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Provide expert guidance on best practices for finance and accounting workflows within the healthcare industry. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 Finance module. Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 and recommend improvements. Analyze business workflows in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Manage expectations and relationships with business stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance module. Strong understanding of finance and accounting business workflows, particularly within the healthcare sector. Proficiency in configuring and deploying Dynamics 365 solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in enterprise workflow analysis Proven ability to manage expectations and relationships with business stakeholders. Healthcare field experience.
