Title : - Project Manager Duration : - Long Term Location : - Remote with 30% Travel Required to the Client Location Pittsburg, PA Job Description : - Applications rationalization and integration. Role Scope / Deliverables: Conduct Project Management and successfully lead large applications rationalization and integration effort. Lead the detailed planning and management of projects through to completion Escalate, explain, and offer proactive solutions when risks/issues to projects are causing failure or inability to complete on time or budget. Continuously improve processes, tasks, and milestones using feedback and lessons learned as input into existing or future project plans Ensure project milestones and targets are met by actively managing projects on a day to day basis through appropriate resource, issue, and risk management Follow defined project management framework and corporate processes to execute projects ensuring compliance with all deliverables and stage gate reviews Maintain the appropriate metrics related to project activities and submit in accordance with required procedures Proactively seek, develop, and own strong functional relationships with partner teams Assist in PMO Management activities and tasks related to strategic roadmap projects and programs. Present regularly to leadership on key performance indicators (KPI) for team Identify and implement projects to drive practical process improvement (PPI/Lean) to show return on investment and value of PSG CEM&A program(s) Ensure identification, management, automation, and regular tracking of program metrics Ensure appropriate tools and techniques are available and employed by the project teams to enable them to meet their assigned objectives successfully Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of programs Develop, implement, and train others on best practices and tools for execution and management Create processes to show return on investment PSG CEM&A projects Key Skills: 8+ years of IT experience Expert experience in leading large complex workstreams Ability to balance the long-term ("big picture") and short-term implications of individual decisions Experience in delivery of successful enterprise level IT programs Strong problem-solving skills Ability to understand the result and how to translate that result into actionable steps Demonstrated conflict resolution skills Strong interpersonal and excellent documentation skills Advanced knowledge in creating and maintaining management level and detailed project plans Excellent customer service skills required Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and time management skills Ability to lead and influence colleagues at all levels toward a strategic goal The ability to interact professionally with a diverse group: executives, managers, and subject matter experts Thanks & Regards Manish Srivastava Metasis Information Systems Keywords: information technology Pennsylvania Remote job opportunity for Project Manager [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2257503&uid= |
