Role: Salesforce Architect with Field Service Lightning (FSL) Exp Location: Bloomfield, CT | Morris Plains, NJ(Hybrid) Visa: Only H1B with PPnum Mandatory Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: Total IT Experience required 12+ Years Looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Architect to design and implement complex field service solutions using Salesforce FSL. Exposure/Experience to work with Agile way of working and having good communication skill. Architectural Design: Develop robust Salesforce FSL architecture that aligns with business requirements and industry best practices. Solution Development: Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end field service solutions, including scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workforce management. Customization & Configuration: Configure FSL features such as Service Resources, Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Scheduling Policies. Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions. Optimization & Troubleshooting: Analyze performance, optimize configurations, and resolve technical challenges within the Salesforce environment. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to translate service delivery needs into Salesforce FSL capabilities. Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
