Thanks, QA Test Lead with Mobile-Appium and UI Automation Location - Edison, NJ (Hybrid, 2 days Onsite) Duration: 6-12 months Need Local NJ/NY Only Job Summary The Senior Test Lead in Software Testing, Mobile Appium, and UI automation will be responsible for overseeing and managing the testing activities for software applications while specializing in Appium testing and UI automation. The role involves ensuring the quality and efficiency of testing processes and delivering high-quality software products. Key Responsibilities Lead and Manage the overall testing activities for software applications Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases Conduct appium testing and ui automation to validate mobile applications Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify testing requirements and resolve issues Perform regression testing, performance testing, and security testing Analyze and report test results to stakeholders Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members Stay updated with the latest testing tools and technologies Skill Requirements Proficiency in software testing methodologies and best practices Experience with mobile app testing using appium Strong knowledge of ui automation testing frameworks Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment Detail oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results Familiarity with agile development methodologies Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for React applications. Perform integration testing, regression testing, and end-to-end (E2E) testing. Implement E2E testing using tools like Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium. Work closely with developers to understand feature requirements and create test plans. Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana. Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools. Ensure the application meets performance, security, and accessibility standards. Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated testing in GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.
