Job Title: Data Analyst with Healthcare (EHR Systems exp must) Experience: 12+ Years only Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid) Contract: 8 months Share Resumes To: [email protected] About the Role: The EHR Analyst will support the design, development, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. The ideal candidate will have experience with Electronic Health Record systems, strong documentation skills, and knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) methodologies. Responsibilities: Design, develop, configure, implement, and support the VADOC EHR system in compliance with CTSU Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) guidelines. Assist with software design documents and diagrams, adhering to agile development methodologies. Analyze, evaluate, and document EHR system workflows and business processes. Provide technical leadership, training, and guidance to staff. Customize and configure the EHR system to meet user requirements and health standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the EHR system aligns with organizational goals. Qualifications: Experience in designing, developing, and supporting Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Strong knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) methodologies. Experience with system/technical configuration and documentation of workflow processes. Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field is preferred (related experience may substitute). Preferred Skills: Experience in healthcare or corrections-specific EHR systems. Knowledge of health standards and implementations. Strong ability to customize and configure EHR systems.
