Develop and optimize integration frameworks using TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.x and TIBCO CE. Define best practices for ESB, messaging, API management, and event-driven architecture. Implement high-availability, scalable, and fault-tolerant solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow. Guide and mentor development teams on TIBCO best practices and coding standards. Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in TIBCO environments. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards.
