Participating in business requirement discussions and providing key technical inputs Directly handling technical queries from customer Generic Managerial Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders Must be self-motivated and pro-active Flexibility to respond to day-to-day changes Need to show constant dynamism and be able to manage pressure Interact with the customer to understand the requirements.
