The ideal candidate will provide functional and technical support, ensure smooth warehouse management operations, and integrate WMS with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and other applications.Key Responsibilities: Provide functional and technical support for Manhattan WMOS, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. Analyze, design, and implement functional and technical changes in WMS. Develop and integrate Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) applications. Configure and enhance Manhattan WMS for Distribution Center (DC) operations. Support SDN deployment, testing strategies, and validation of functional changes. Monitor application logs, analyze errors, and manage problem resolution. Work with Supply Chain modules such as Labor Management (LM), Yard Management, and Transportation Systems. Utilize SQL and Unix for creating stored procedures, triggers, and functions.Required Skills: 7+ years of experience working with Manhattan WMOS applications (2013 and later versions). Strong knowledge of WMS and WCS functionality. Experience in functional configuration and implementation of Manhattan WMS. Expertise in SQL, Unix scripting, and database management. Strong problem-solving and log analysis skills for application monitoring. Hands-on experience in DC operations and WMS enhancements. Good understanding of supply chain modules like Labor Management, Yard Management, and Transportation Systems.Preferred Skills: Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or Rally for issue tracking. Knowledge of Warehouse Automation and RFID integration. Strong documentation and reporting skills.
