Please have a look at the below job description, if interested please share your updated resume [email protected] Role: UX Researcher Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid) Duration: Long Term Must have 12+Years of Experience Job Description: The UX Researcher champions the needs and goals of partners (employees) across the clients in-store web and mobile digital platforms. This role employs a variety of research methodologies to bring user insights into the design and development process while studying user behavior on digital platforms.The UX Researcher works cross-functionally with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to drive product improvements and innovations. Through strong collaboration and research-backed insights, the researcher influences product outcomes and provides well-informed design directions.Required Skills & Experience: At least 2 years of experience in UX research within a fast-paced software development environment. Strong expertise in in-depth interviews, field studies, usability testing, concept testing, and post-release evaluation. Applied experience in dashboard data visualization. Proficiency in the full user research lifecycle, including: Study design Recruiting participants Moderation Data analysis Reporting and presentation of insights Understanding of various research methods, including when and how to apply them during different product phases. Experience using Figma and related UX tools. Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work cross-functionally. Portfolio REQUIRED: Must include 2-3 case studies covering generative, evaluative, and post-launch research presentations.Desired Skills & Experience: Experience in evaluating data visualizations.
