The goal is to identify strengths, gaps, and areas for improvement to enhance data management and governance, as well as to build data trust within the healthcare domain. Responsibilities: Healthcare Data Landscape Assessment: Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the client's data architecture, infrastructure, and workflows. Analyze data storage, integration, and processing pipelines specific to healthcare data, such as patient records, clinical data, and regulatory compliance. Identify strengths, gaps, and areas for improvement in alignment with healthcare industry best practices and regulatory standards like HIPAA and HL7. Healthcare Data Management and Governance: Develop strategies to improve data quality, security, and compliance Implement data governance frameworks and policies tailored to healthcare data standards. Establish data stewardship roles and responsibilities to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and patient privacy. Building Data Trust in Healthcare: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability for clinical decision-making and patient care. Design and implement data validation and monitoring processes to support healthcare analytics and reporting. Foster a data-driven culture to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with data engineers, analysts, clinicians, and business stakeholders. Provide guidance on data architecture and technology solutions that support healthcare operations and patient care. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to senior management. Technology and Tool Evaluation: Assess and recommend data management platforms, tools, and technologies that support electronic health records (EHR), population health management, and interoperability. Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in healthcare data architecture and analytics. Must Have Experience: Data Governance, FHIR, Data Management, Informatica Data Quality, Security and Compliance Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Architect, Data Engineer, or similar role within the healthcare domain. Strong understanding of healthcare data management, data governance, and data quality principles. Proficiency in data modelling, database design, and data integration techniques for healthcare data. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, P) and big data technologies. Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, HIPAA compliance). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
