http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2260835&uid= Need Linkeidn-2 candidate Must have Healthcare Insurance industry experience Position: Business Intelligence Developer Location: REMOTE Duration: 6/06/2025 Rate: $53/hr C2C MOI: Skype Need Linkeidn-2 candidate Must have Healthcare Insurance industry experience PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Works day-to-day activities as assigned into Tier 2 - 4 support queue and provides direction to the BI extended team, including BI vendors. - Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans. - Participates in the discovery phase of small to medium-sized projects to develop high level design. - Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions (e.g. develops data models, data movement processes, report development, etc.). - Develops and supports the multidimensional semantic layer, meta-data and BI query objects for end user consumption. - Writes complex SQL, MDX, DAX queries, stored procedures, and functions from our relational and dimensional databases and objects for end user consumption. - Perform analysis, research complex report and data inquiries and provide appropriate response to end user. - Collaborate with analysts and department leaders to design, build and customize reports and reporting packages using SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Cognos, Tableau, and Power BI. - Troubleshoots BI-related problems, fixes bugs and tunes for performance. - Executes proof of concept to validate ideas or technologies. - Ensures data accuracy for the reports and certify testing for all possible conditions. - Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of excellence. - Other duties as assigned Other Pertinent Information - Responsibilities, Skills, Qualifications, etc. Responsibilities will include: reviewing requirements with business intelligence analyst; refactoring SQL from old reports; design and development of new reports Technologies used are primarily: T-SQL; Power BI; DAX; Microsoft SQL Server; Dynamic SQL; Azure Analysis Services tabular models Requisite skills include: Power BI development; SQL development; SQL optimization; Microsoft Azure and SQL Server What are the main 3-5 responsibilities of this resource 1. Power BI Paginated/SSRS Report Development 2. Power BI report development 3. Stored procedure enhancement and optimization 4. AAS model development support What are the MUST HAVE technologies or skills for this position 1. Advanced Dynamic SQL 2. SSRS 3. Power BI 4.
