The role involves ensuring compliance with CTSU Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) guidelines, providing technical leadership, and supporting healthcare workflows. Responsibilities: Design, develop, configure, and implement the VADOC EHR system in compliance with CTSU ALM guidelines. Assist with software design documents and diagrams, adhering to agile development methodologies. Customize, evaluate, configure, and document the EHR system and business workflows. Provide technical training and support in healthcare settings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user requirements are met. Analyze and document workflow processes based on health standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the EHR system. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Strong knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) methodologies. Experience with system/technical configuration and documentation of workflow processes. Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field is preferred (related experience may substitute). Preferred Skills: Experience in healthcare or corrections-specific EHR systems. Knowledge of health standards and implementations. Strong ability to customize and configure EHR systems.
