Thanks, Senior Frontend Lead with React.js, JavaScript, Node.js Location: Edison, NJ (Hybrid, 2 days onsite) Duration: 6-12 months Need Local NJ/NY Only Must have Lead experience Job Summary The Senior Technical Lead in Web Development focuses on leading and guiding the team in the development of web applications using JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js. The role is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of projects, ensuring high-quality code, and driving innovation in web development technologies. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing web applications using javascript, react.js, and node.js Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards Drive best practices in web development, including code reviews, performance optimization, and scalability Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes Troubleshoot technical issues, provide solutions, and support continuous improvement of web applications Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and overall project goals Skill Requirements Proficiency in javascript, with a strong understanding of react.js and node.js frameworks Experience in leading and managing a team of developers in web application development projects Knowledge of web development best practices, design patterns, and software architecture principles Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams, stakeholders, and clients Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet project deadlines effectively Skills Required:- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS Experience with state management libraries (Redux or Context API). Hands-on experience with React Hooks, Solid understanding of front-end build tools and package managers (Webpack, RSpack) Familiarity with unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library) Knowledge of performance optimization techniques, lazy loading, and code splitting.
