Duration of project: 12 months

Job Summary:

* Avaya platform maintenance - CMS backup, announcement backups

* CMS reporting - Build CMS reports, support businesses with their request to create/update the reports and troubleshoot the existing reports

* AES support - monitor AES servers, troubleshoot the connectivity issues, update certificates * Avaya vector programming - continuously support businesses with their new/update requests on vector routing, announcement changes, voicemail configurations, etc.

* Agent support - support call center agents with user extension changes, login/access issues, application Avaya OneX Agent installations and configurations.

* Holiday/Business hours programming - Support businesses with requests/updates to the holiday tables & business hours.

* Discovery - Assist with discovery, present flow documentation on migration projects

* Troubleshooting - troubleshoot call routing issues, call traceability

Key Skills:

*5 + years of Proven experience with Avaya communication systems.

* Strong understanding of CMS, AES, Genesys TSAPI and Avaya vector programming.

* Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

* Ability to support call center operations and agent configurations.

* Experience with system backups and data integrity management.

* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various business units.

* Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of service.

* Basic understanding of Genesys Engage and Cloud applications.
