Has a Strong analytical ability and able to interpret complex data Requirements and Feasibility : Experienced in the full requirements management process and thoroughly examined options during feasibility studies Analysis Planning: Excellent time management and organisational skills with an ability to plan key business analysis activities and workshops. Creative and innovative thinking to help deliver high value benefits to the business efficiently Stakeholder engagement: Has led the formal stakeholder engagement process throughout projects including influencing the views of key stakeholders and amending stakeholder management plans. Has managed stakeholders from users to senior management to ensure their needs are met on the project Effective Communication: Effectively contributing to business meeting and workshops with the ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information both verbally and in a written format Business Case : Has helped shape pre-project ideas and been independently responsible for writing sections of a comprehensive business case.
