The role requires strong knowledge of revenue management processes, contract lifecycle management, rebate management, and chargebacks.Key Responsibilities: Support Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Requests for revenue management solutions. Work on end-to-end solutioning in Revenue Management, ensuring seamless IT support. Define and support enterprise-level integrations and interfaces for Model N solutions. Develop an in-depth understanding of Model N data assets, PL/SQL queries, and reporting. Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and non-functional specifications. Conduct business meetings and customer communications, providing technical and functional insights. Conceptualize and implement technical solutions to enhance revenue management processes. Coordinate with offshore teams, set priorities, and ensure timely project delivery.Required Skills: 3-4 years of experience in Model N powered by Flex, specifically in Life Sciences Revenue Management. Expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management, Rebate Management, Chargebacks, and Compliance. Hands-on experience in PL/SQL for problem analysis, data fixes, and ad-hoc reporting. Strong analytical, consulting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead customer meetings, manage stakeholders, and provide business-driven solutions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Service Management Processes (ITIL, Incident & Problem Management). Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills. Exposure to Cloud tools and new revenue management solutions.
