Automation, efficiency, and performance optimization are key to meeting our aggressive timelines. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain database systems using Oracle and SQL Server. Perform database design and development, including the creation of stored procedures, triggers, and views. Experience in database administration, architecture, and migrations. Strong hands-on experience in OLTP replication design, data warehousing architecture, and database automation. Proven experience migrating complex Oracle environments ( Oracle 11g/12c/19c) to Azure SQL or MS SQL (on-prem). Expertise in Oracle GoldenGate, Azure Data Factory, and SSIS for real-time and batch data replication. Strong experience in PL/SQL to T-SQL conversion and performance optimization. Hands-on experience with Azure SQL (PaaS) and MS SQL (IaaS & on-prem), including security, backup & recovery, and performance tuning. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to solve complex migration challenges. Migrate existing databases from Oracle to SQL Server, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance. Implement and manage distributed database techniques to ensure high availability and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to databases. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in database development with Oracle and SQL Server. Proven experience in migrating databases from Oracle to SQL Server. Expertise in distributed database techniques and high availability solutions. Proficiency in Unix scripting. Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and T-SQL programming. Solid understanding of database performance tuning and optimization. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
