Basic Purpose The Business Analyst will work with all members of the Sales Tech team to implement and support projects and systems for all Distribution personnel. The primary focus of this position is the administration, enhancement, support and integration of Sales and CRM systems. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Performing detailed business and data analysis - Documenting business and functional requirements - Developing end user documentation - Writing and executing test plans and cases - Answering user questions - Resolving system issues/problems in a timely manner - Data Analysis and Data Mapping The individual must be motivated, well organized, be sensitive to project and production deadlines, have a quick learning ability and be able to work both independently and in a team environment. They should have a demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and to handle multiple assignments and tasks over a given time period Primary Responsibilities: - Work closely with other members of the team to perform data analysis, solutions design, testing, and release management across multiple systems - Assist team members in evaluating and implementing vendor tools and processes. - Ability to work with non-technical end users to interpret and document user requirements and develop functional specifications - Participate in meetings with technical groups to ensure that all design questions (e.g., application security, data feeds, etc.) are addressed through the business analysis process - Ensure the timely and accurate processing of internal client requests.
